Depending on if the items that you order are in stock or if they require any hand making / beading, the process time for the order will differ. Usually the average process time for each order is between 1-5 business days. We ship worldwide and usually the shipping estimate time is 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped express out from Bali, Indonesia with DHL Express or Fedex. We choose DHL and Fedex for security and reliability along with their affiliations with most worldwide postal services. Parcels are air mailed and require signature upon delivery. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your goods have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, that simply means that your order hasn't been shipped yet. For individual tracking or delivery concerns, please contact the shipping company directly. We take no responsibility for individual deliveries once the goods have been shipped. Unless you have first contacted the courier, e-mails regarding personal deliveries will not be responded to.

Yes, you will be responsible for all the possible taxes and / or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods. 

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Andi Bagus has no control over these charges, nor can Andi Bagus predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

All Andi Bagus products are made in and shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

We use express airfreight with full live tracking facilities for all of our orders. This is the fastest possible method that is available to us.

We accept credit card payments via PayPal and Shopify Payments, and you can also use Google Pay or Apple Pay to safely and conveniently pay for your purchase.

The items on our web shop are priced in American Dollars (USD). You can use the currency converter on top right of the page to change the listed prices to EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD or JPY.

Yes, very. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

Our shop's main currency is American Dollar (USD). If you are shopping in your own currency, at the checkout you are quoted the total price in USD. Depending on your payment method, you will be charged the current equivalent to this $ US amount in your own currency.

You will receive a tracking number only once your goods have been shipped.

 We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as all packages need a signature for delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number. For this reason, we cannot leave packages unattended in your letterbox or at your front door. We are also unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so triple check all details are entered correctly in the checkout.

Andi Bagus holds no responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS

We do not offer item exchanges, but we will accept the return of items sent back in 'as new condition' that were purchased in the last 30 days and were not on sale or purchased during a storewide sale / promotion, and you can then re-purchase in your desired size/colour. There are strictly NO returns or exchanges on Jewellery or accessories.

Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a store credit.

Any postage costs will not be refunded and the return postage fee will be at your expense. Please bear in mind that it can take up to ten weeks for us to receive returned parcels due to delayed clearance processes in customs. To avoid attracting import fees, we recommend noting a minimal value for the goods when posting back to us.

We are exclusively an online store and you can only buy our products online.

Our 2-piece bikini sets cannot be split across sizing. For customers requiring a different size top to bottom we recommend purchasing a 2-piece bikini plus a matching item from our separates range, or mixing and matching from our separates styles.

We ensure colour matching for items purchased in the same order. Dye lots of cotton change frequently and we cannot be held responsible for colour matching for items purchased separately.

No, we do not offer custom orders.

All of our swimwear is designed for use in the water and is water-tested prior to being listed for sale. As with other swimwear labels, we recommend hand-washing our products and lying them flat and in the shade to dry.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 US (before shipping and discount code is applied). We also add styles regularly to sale stock. No other regular discounts are offered.

We do our best to answer all the common questions here on FAQ but sometimes you may have a question that hasn't been addressed.

Our small team is working hard from Monday to Friday, (9am-3pm, GMT +8) and they are kept very busy.

We receive a very high number of emails and try our best to answer to most requests within 72 hours between Monday and Friday.

If you emailed us outside our office hours or over the weekend, please allow us an extra day - we are writing back to you as soon as possible :)

We do offer xs/s in many of our newer styles such as the Bridie Top, Bridie Playsuit, Bridie one-piece and Lotus Hi Pants, however the stock is more limited than what is sold in s/m, which is our primary size. Our tie-string or lace-up adjustable pieces do have added flexibility with sizing compared to our elasticised pieces.

Generally our sizing does run slightly smaller and we recommend looking at photos on our Instagram account as our models who are quite small frames wear size s/m so this can be a good point of comparison. We do not offer custom orders. 

Models and influencers are chosen on an individual basis. We like models of all ethnicities, sizes and ages, but do receive an extremely high volume of requests. Our customers are always a priority, so customer e-mails and queries are responded to before any contacts regarding collaborations or promotions.

We love seeing customers enjoying their Andi Bagus gear and are happy for customers to forward pictures. We will occasionally re-post tagged photos that we love.

A number of factors are considered when posting content including 1) current stock; 2) existing photographs; 3) which items are newest styles; 4) image quality; 5) framing/colour scheme etc. So we cannot assure you that we will post your photos and please do not be offended if we do not. Have fun creating!

We get a high number of collaboration requests from high profile bloggers, models, influencers, and photographers.

All of our items are made exclusively for sale via our own online website www.andi-bagus.com

Our products are handmade by artisans and we do not have a large factory catering for large orders. Our production line caters for our orders only and as such, we do not offer wholesale distribution.

We are exclusively an online store and we do not have any physical outlets in Bali. 

You can order via our website and add your villa / hotel to the address section and we will deliver it.
