We do not offer item exchanges, but we will accept the return of items sent back in 'as new condition' that were purchased in the last 30 days and were not on sale or purchased during a storewide sale / promotion, and you can then re-purchase in your desired size/colour. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a store credit.
There are strictly no returns or exchanges on jewellery or accessories.
Any postage costs will not be refunded and the return postage fee will be at your expense. Please bear in mind that it can take up to ten weeks for us to receive returned parcels due to delayed clearance processes in customs. To avoid attracting import fees, we recommend noting a minimal value for the goods when posting back to us.
