Policy after COVID 19 period
We do not offer item exchanges, but we will accept the return of items sent back in 'as new condition' that were purchased in the last 30 days and were not on sale and you can then re-purchase in your desired size/colour. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a refund, however as per our returns policy we will refund for the goods only. Any postage costs will not be refunded and the return postage fee will be at your expense. Please bear in mind that it can take up to ten weeks for us to receive returned parcels due to delayed clearance processes in customs. To avoid attracting import fees, we recommend noting a minimal value for the goods when posting back to us.
