I am coming to Bali can I visit your shop?
We are exclusively an online store and we do not have any physical outlets in Bali. Alternatively, we ship worldwide using express air freight with full live tracking facilities. We offer free international priority shipping on all orders over $150 USD.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide using express air freight.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $175 US. Otherwise, to ship one item is $19.99 US and then $8.99 US for every additional item in that order.
Do you offer wholesale?
All of our items are made exclusively for sale via our own online website www.andi-bagus.com
Our products are handmade by artisans and we do not have a large factory catering for large orders. Our production line caters for our website orders only and as such, we do not offer wholesale distribution.

If I order different products, will the colours match?
We ensure colour matching for items purchased in the same order. Dye lots of cotton change frequently and we cannot be held responsible for colour matching for items purchased separately.
How long does shipping take?
For items that are non-shelled and are available in stock, shipping to the United States of America, the United Kingdom and metropolitan areas of Australia with DHL Express can take up to 3 – 5 business days. Otherwise, shipping can take 10 – 14 business days.
What shipping courier do you use?
For the United States of America, the United Kingdom and metropolitan Australia, we use DHL Express.
Otherwise, we ship from Indonesia with EMS International. When your parcel reaches your country, the shipment may change hands to an alternate postal service.
I have not received a tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your goods have been shipped. For individual tracking or delivery concerns, please contact the shipping company directly. We take no responsibility for individual deliveries once the goods have been shipped. Unless you have first contacted the courier, e-mails regarding personal deliveries will not be responded to.
Am I responsible for possible customs fees?
Yes, you will be responsible for all the possible taxes and/or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods.
Can I make a custom order?
No, we do not offer custom orders.
What if the item does not fit?
Please refer to our ‘shipping and returns’ policy.
Can I order a different size top to bottom?
Our 2-piece bikini sets cannot be split across sizing. For customers requiring a different size top to bottom we recommend purchasing a 2-piece bikini plus a matching item from our separates range, or mixing and matching from our separates styles.
Can your swimwear be worn in water?
All of our swimwear is designed for use in the water and is water-tested prior to being listed for sale. As with other swimwear labels, we recommend hand-washing our products and lying them flat and in the shade to dry.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
We use express airfreight with full live tracking facilities for all of our orders. This is the fastest possible method that is available to us.
What currency is your website in?
Our website is in American Dollars USD, but you will be charged in whatever currency your PayPal account is set up in. You can use the currency conversion tool on our page to see the product prices in your own currency.
When will more styles be available in xs/s?
We do offer xs/s in many of our newer styles such as the Bridie Top, Bridie Playsuit, Bridie one-piece and Lotus Hi Pants, however the stock is more limited than what is sold in s/m, which is our primary size. Our tie-string or lace-up adjustable pieces do have added flexibility with sizing compared to our elasticised pieces.
Generally our sizing does run slightly smaller and we recommend looking at photos on our Instagram account as our models who are quite small frames wear size s/m so this can be a good point of comparison. We do not offer custom orders.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We most definitely accept credit cards and we have also ensured that your transaction will be safe. Your online shopping safety is our priority and we trust PayPal and Shopify as our chosen payment service providers. You can also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes we do. You can add the gift wrapping option with an optional message in your cart just before checking out. We will wrap all the ordered items into a beautiful gift. The gift wrapping service comes at a flat cost of $3.99 US.
If I buy your things can I get on your Instagram page?
We love seeing customers enjoying their Andi Bagus gear and are happy for customers to forward pictures. We will occasionally re-post tagged photos.
A number of factors are considered when posting content including 1) current stock; 2) existing photographs; 3) which items are newest styles; 4) image quality; 5) framing/colour scheme etc. So we cannot assure you that we will post your photos and please do not be offended if we do not.
How do you choose your models?
Models and influencers are chosen on an individual basis. We like models of all ethnicity, sizes and ages, but do receive an extremely high volume of requests. Our customers are always priority, so customer e-mails and queries are responded to before any contact regarding collaborations or promotions.
